So Far, So Good!

Okay, so I didn't get up early on Monday, but I was sure to get my workout in Monday evening, so it still counts, okay! Thursday is my sleep-in day, because I have a killer workout in the evenings (at least one hour of weights followed by a one hour dance class). Let's see if I catch hell for working out Saturday morning. Some folks just don't get it! I want to be fit, I want to look toned...and if I truly want to be a personal trainer, I have to expect from my self what I would expect from my clients! I do this for me!
