Well, the scale was not my friend this morning. I had done so well to get within about 6 lbs of my goal weight before the cruise, but now I'm up about 7. Hoping it is mostly water weight from all that rich food and not drinking enough water. I know we did a lot of walking which would count as exercise, and I really didn't go overboard on the food. Did some shopping today to get some foods to help me back on track, and back to the gym for me tomorrow.
